LOW LOADER Army Corps Museum Bandiana 2014

This is an unidentified low loader trailer on display at the Army Corps Museum, Bandiana. It looks very familiar to me but I've been unable to identify it, or even find any pics of another. It's part of the museum, so I assume it's an ex-Army unit. Any help identifying it would be appreciated.
