Back in the 1980s the National Safety Council of Australia (Victorian Division) grew to become Australia's premier quasi-military search and rescue outfit. It then collapsed in spectacular fashion with debts in excess of $300 million. In the time it was in operation, it ran a considerable fleet of aircraft, helicopters, boats and even a ship! The NSCA has always held a fascination for me, with it's bright yellow fleet, and I make sure I create profiles of their fleet whenever I draw a type it operated. You will find them here.
